Psychological difficulties rarely arrive in neat categories. What looks like an eating problem is often also about control, self-worth, and relationships. What looks like anxiety is often a long-standing pattern of adaptation that once made sense.
The areas below reflect the range of difficulties I work with - but in practice, most people I see carry more than one of them. While labels can sometimes be helpful, they do not always tell the whole story.
